Wood Supply, Timber Import and Export in the Philippines | Filtra Timber: We are ready ! At the moment we are only able to seek dispensation for delivery to essential and vital industries. We supply wood for pallets, which are used in the food and medical industry, and we supply wood for disaster preparedness. 85% of our staff are working from home now, while the essential staff to service the vital industries are respecting social distancing and hygiene recommendaitons by the authorities, and beyond. We have also arranged for temporary lodging at the warehouse, so the essential staff does not have to commute. With the clarification by the President, we are now also able to move incoming containers from the port to avoid congestion for the vital imports of medical equipment and food. We have sufficient inventory to ensure that we can start supplying wood consuming industries, and project works with existing contracts/reservations as soon as the situation improves, and we encourage our customers to make reservations now, so that we can prioritize deliveries as soon as the situation improves.
